Villa Los Romeros

This quality holiday villa is located at the foot of Cumbre de Sol on the outskirts of the typically Spanish town of Benitachell. The town has a large supermarket and numerous bars and restaurants, and enjoys superb views towards Montgo (the elephant mountain). Benitachell is also conveniently located for access to the magnificent beaches of Javea and Moraira a short drive away.

Outside there is private parking for two cars, from here steps lead to the front entrance of the villa and the pool terrace. The large terrace has a lovely bbq with dining table and chairs, sunbeds and parasols, outside shower and a large private pool. There is also a small terrace off the lounge and a roof terrace with fabulous views over the surrounding countryside.

Inside accomodation consists of a three bedroom house and separate two bedroom apartment. In the main house there is a lovely lounge/diner with quality leather sofas and a modern dining suite, satellite tv and a music system. The fully fitted kitchen has every modern convenience, and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine. Downstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom which also has patio doors out to the pool terrace.

The location of this villa is ideal for exploring the coastal areas of this beautiful part of Spain. The exclusive harbour town of Moraira is ten minutes away by car, the vibrant beach area of Javea a similar distance, as is the dramatic Cumbre beach
